The “Changing the Face of Fame” exhibit targets middle and high school youth, highlighting unique individuals from around the world who have made a difference toward acceptance and peace; these people have reached a state of fame without the stigma of drugs, alcohol and crime—issues that today’s youth are forced to confront on too regular a basis. Changing the Face of Fame will present such individuals as models for our youth, and it will stress that they [youth] can likewise be part of the change without involving themselves in negative or self-destructive behaviors. The exhibit will also include educational resources and curriculum, which will be presented to schools, museums, libraries and conferences. The exhibit aims to create a world where we "Care and Begin to Share," celebrating our interconnectedness and respect for the global community.
